Civil War Reflections is a week-long opportunity to learn, explore, and experience our Civil War history from people who are passionate about telling the stories using oral histories, historical letters, research, literature, photography, movies, music, theatre, art, and poetry. The program will feature well-known lecturers, best-selling authors, as well as some of our own Boca Grande talent.
The format of the program will be a morning lecture, afternoon lecture, and evening entertainment. The program is designed to assure enough time in the morning for participants to get in a game of tennis or golf, or a dip in the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The authors will be available to sign and sell books. There will also be opportunities to attend special events for an additional cost.
